Production, Pickup & Delivery
SPECIAL UPDATE - 7/29/26 Currently Most online orders are ready within 1-3 business days, and many in-stock orders are available the same or next business day in Vero Beach.
We know you're excited to receive your order, and we're committed to getting it to you as quickly as possible!
Because every item is custom produced on demand, please allow up to 10 business days for production before your order is ready for pickup or shipment.
While many orders are completed sooner, production times may vary during our busiest back-to-school season.
We encourage families to place their orders as early as possible to ensure students are ready for the first day of school.
? FREE Local Pickup
Selected FREE Local Pickup during checkout?
Great! As soon as your order is complete, we'll send you an email letting you know it's ready for pickup at our Vero Beach office.
Please wait until you receive your pickup notification before visiting, as orders cannot be released until production has been completed.
? Home Delivery
If you selected Home Delivery, your order will be carefully packaged and shipped as soon as production is complete.
You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped so you can easily follow its delivery.
? School Delivery
School delivery is available during the school year for added convenience.
Once this option becomes available, eligible orders will be delivered directly to Sebastian Charter Junior High. Families will receive notification when school delivery resumes each school year.
? During Peak Season
We work hard to keep our most popular uniform items in stock. However, during our busiest times of the year, certain sizes or styles may require additional time to replenish.
If this occurs, we'll complete your order as quickly as possible and keep you informed if any additional production time is needed.

If you need your order for orientation, Open House, a school event, or another important date, please contact us before placing your order. While we can't guarantee rush production, we'll always do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.
