We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're unsure about sizing, please review the sizing charts and product descriptions provided with each item before placing your order. If something doesn't fit quite right, we're here to help!
First Two Weeks of School
We understand that finding the perfect fit before school starts isn't always easy.
During the first two weeks of the school year, we're happy to assist families with sizing exchanges for new, unworn, and unwashed uniform items returned within 14 days of delivery. Our goal is to make sure every student starts the school year feeling comfortable and confident.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
To begin a return or exchange, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending any merchandise back.
Please Note:
- Returns received without an approved RMA cannot be processed.
- Once your RMA has been issued, you may place a new order for the correct size or request a refund (if eligible).
- Kool Stuff does not cover the cost of return postage.
Merchandise Condition
To qualify for a return or exchange, all merchandise must be:
- New, unworn, and unwashed
- Free from stains, odors, pet hair, smoke, or damage
- Returned in the same condition in which it was received
Because every customer deserves to receive brand-new merchandise, items that have been washed or retain the scent of detergent, fabric softener, perfume, cologne, smoke, or other fragrances cannot be accepted for return or exchange. Merchandise that does not meet these requirements will be returned to the customer, and refunds or exchanges cannot be issued.
Shipping & Refunds
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Once your returned merchandise has been received, inspected, and approved, we'll promptly issue a refund for the purchase price of the returned item(s) and any applicable sales tax.
